This oil has blown my mind. I didn't think it would be so effective but it is. I massage a little on my chest when I get out shower and let it do its magic. It took me a awhile to write review because I was wonderin was it just a mind thing, tricking me into thinking that I felt more relaxed after using the Chill Oil but it definitely works. I bought this oil but not really sure if it will do has promised. One of my friends got his little boy on it. She said it worked. So I bought mine and the soap too. I can't believe my palpitations has gone really down. Sometimes I forget I have Anxiety. It really does makes you feel calm and I sleep better these days too. Thanks for what you do
